The Medical Industrial Complex

As a senior, I get more pissed every day, coinciding with the acquisition of new information. A very long time ago it was easy for me to see how this all started and who is to blame for the downfall of natural law, natural growth, and natural healing remedies.

Research into origins and development of the decay in thinking and decline in the human condition is well beyond the scope of this article.

There is one glaring origin I will cover and that is what we should view as the hinge point in history that changed everything. In a word, money, but let us go all the way back to some of the earliest inhabitants of North America to get our proof.

The American western Indians. The keepers of the land. I don’t have dates or names but anyone with some degree of intelligence can see these people got so much more than a raw deal from the white man when initially he showed his ugly inside face. There are politics to this but for our purposes here let us simply look at who the American Indians were and how they lived. Within their often-splintered tribes, they always had one thing in common. They lived long healthy lives, and they were extremely happy.

They had no Cancer, no Diabetes, and none of the plagues the white monsters brought into their tribal lands. The thinking individuals among us today all know the stories about the Spanish explorers raiding peace-loving tribes in many areas of what they called, “The New World.”

Before the white man, peace, happiness, and love. After the white monsters, oppression, disease, and death. Herein lies the antecedent of our story.

Certain party’s learned that massive profits derived from oil awaited them. The money was endless, and the resources were all theirs. When I say ugly inside, words become ineffable.

These monsters created what they called medications using oil. The oil flowed and the uses for medications for the masses would be in lockstep with that seemingly endless flow of oil but there was a problem. The people were relatively healthy and wouldn’t need such things as Aspirin, Eliquis, Statins, vaccines, and all the rest. To make profits from all these new drugs the people must buy them. The answer was right under their ugly noses. They would make the people sick, keep the people sick, and the profits would be grand.

I felt like I was living a healthy life, but I ate certain brands of boxed frozen dinners that were simply delicious. I was young, I had well above average intelligence, and I was predictably resourceful. I worked two unrelated professions simultaneously and I loved it. But there was something inside those boxed dinners that was making me sick; sick enough to need lots of medications.

This is how they pulled it off! My young mind never deduced such a thing and back then the food industry was not obligated to list all the ingredients found in their colorful and attractive boxes. They love their oil and tell us oil is bad. Politics is easy for them. It is what they do. It is all they do! Can you imagine such empty souls?

Today, everywhere we look we see and hear the word Healthcare. Yesterday, the staff at my cardiologist’s office told me I wasn’t getting enough from my statin drugs. They told me that they thought I should look into an injectable drug that would add more of what statin drugs do. I looked into the side effects and the new costs I would be facing.

The price big pharma wanted without insurance (Just one more scam for another article at another time) was $1,900.00 for each month’s supply but that was not the worst of it. The side effects were shocking.

Why would my healthcare program want to kill me? The side effects read like a suicide note. Based on my current physical condition, this new med could easily benefit the undertaker.

The undelivered communication coming from my cardiologist is very puzzling indeed. Does their quest for money outweigh the true care for those they call patients? Do they really care?

Yes, we have some street level doctors who believe in their Hippocratic oath but mostly, not so much. Their dreams are filled with larger garages filled with more expensive cars and larger houses and properties. They think about themselves. This is service to self, and it must stop. Our race will not survive unless we embrace service to others. What is humanity? Who are these monsters?
